Our business is focused on bringing together guests, both private and commercial for a unique experience within our hotel.  We hope to continue to make a worthwhile contribution to the careful matching of high quality accommodation and high quality service, both of which are valued by our guests and ultimately ourselves.  We aim to give our guests quality, both in the delivery and content of the products and services we provide.  It is important that we ensure that all recent developments and innovations within the service sector are fully considered.

This now well recognised standard was awarded to the Hotel in 1996 and has been retained ever since. We understand the importance of training all members of the team both in terms of service delivery and personal development.

Hospitality Assured

Awarded in 2003 and the first privately owned Hotel in Wales to receive it, this award is assessed on an annual basis. It is administered by the HCIMA, the hospitality industry's professional body and is a recognition of quality in all aspects of Hospitality.
